I think the biggest advantage of this rubber is it controliblity. It seem that when you receive someone shot, when the TT ball have contact with Hurricane 3 at that moment seem longer. That buy you more time for you better perpare for your next shot. Yet, you may say that the respond time is slow but think it in this way if you are those players that like to play left, right and left than your shot can be more accurate. Once I tried Hurricane 2, I felt that this is for a player that have a very strong attacking mind. The speed is very fast, as a result of that i think advance player will be more suitable. Because of the fast pace that it produce sometime you will feel that you are lack of control. However, if you can increase your pace, attack even when you are near the table you will feel that this rubber can be very good. Once, you are able to do that, control will not be an issue for you.
